Hi my name is Phil Litster I offer Professional Services in the Stripping and Re sealing of Vinyl flooring, which is specializing in the removal of the old sealer from the floors surface & applying new coats of sealer to the floor after it has been fully stripped and buffed. This is done in order to protect the vinyl from minor damage caused by wear, tear & dirt build up & also keep them looking good with a high gloss finish. Vinyl floors need to be stripped & resealed in 1 to 2 years depending on the usage & traffic they receive to extend the life of your Vinyl flooring. GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Floor should be swept & mopped daily using a clean mop with warm water & a mild detergent'
For Commercial use floors should also be polished with a industrial machine using a red or brown pad with the spray method & done according to room usage & traffic it receives.
- Vinyl floors should be stripped back completely & resealed every 1 to 2years.
NB: Please DO NOT use any harsh detergents or cleaners containing ammonia etc. as this WILL damage the sealer finish.
Remember that Sealer is only as good as the Maintenance it receives.
